Trying Something New
A restaurant owner once shared a story with my family and it’s one I’ll never forget:
In the beginning, life is like a square. You have your lines which represent your work, school and other priorities. But you also have the corners– your hobbies, interests and things that keep you sane. As we get older, we start to cut off those corners in the hopes of fulfilling our priorities, leaving us with a circle– a constant, never-ending cycle.
This is me trying to maintain my four corners.
